The candidate must have exceptional supervisor and leadership skills with 2-5 years of hands-on supervisory experience. This position requires hands-on experience and will work in a fast-paced shipping environment. The candidate must present effective supervisory and leadership skills in leading a shipping team of hourly employees. This position will manage employees' productivity and oversee the shipment of products in a manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
