Job Title: Associate Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Vancouver, WA -- ON SITE

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $21 to $25 hourly DOE

What Youll Do

As an Associate Shipping and Receiving Clerk, youll keep our warehouse running smoothly by handling incoming and outgoing materials, tracking inventory, and ensuring orders ship out accurately and safely.

  • Ship & Receive: Fulfill customer orders, package goods securely, and print shipping labels.
  • Load & Unload: Safely handle incoming/outgoing shipments and verify contents for accuracy and condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse peers, Purchasing, and Inside Sales.
  • Safety First: Maintain clean, safe docks and follow all safety and accident-reporting guidelines.

What Were Looking For

  • Core Skills: Strong organization, follow-through, time management, and communication skills.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable standing/walking (60% of the day), handling objects, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs.
  • Preferred Experience: PC data entry skills and forklift experience (forklift preferred, not required).
  • Knowledge of product safety, legal, and handling procedures is a plus.
