Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. Air Squared offers exciting career opportunities working on projects including NASA MOXIE, Leading Electric and Autonomous Vehicle OEM, DOE Clean Energy initiatives ranging from nuclear fusion and the Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-e), and other cutting-edge projects.
We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator (1st and Weekend Nights Shifts open) to support manufacturing processes through operating and performing maintenance on a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine. You would be responsible for running a pre-programmed machine and ensuring that machined parts meet criteria from work instructions and blueprints.
Pay Range: $22 - $26 / hour, based on experience and qualifications
1st Shift runs Monday thru Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm
Weekend Nights Shift runs Friday thru Sunday 7:00pm - 7:30am and pays a 15% shift differential

CNC Machine Operator (1st and Weekend Nights Shifts open) Job Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload parts utilizing pre-programmed CNC mills
  • Load and inspect the parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine
  • Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines
  • Use hand tools on machined parts when needed
  • Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place
  • Assist in shipping preparation, such as packaging, shipping and receiving as need
  • Deburr metal parts after they have been machined
  • Order supplies for the machine shop as needed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

CNC Machine Operator (1st and Weekend Nights Shifts open) Qualifications:
  • MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 1-year experience operating a CNC Mill (preferred)
  • Employment with Air Squared is contingent on passing a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in the state of Colorado), and employment verification through E-Verify
