Position: Shipping coordinator/clerk
Work Location: Seaford, DE 19973
Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
 
Job Description:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, supplies, and products.
  • Prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts or physical inventories.
  • Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements (pick-up times) with carriers.
  • Update finished goods inventory at both the plant and Penco Warehouse.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 13 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
  • Warehouse environment with exposure to temperature variations, dust, and moderate noise levels.
