Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory organization, order preparation, warehouse upkeep, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Pull stock and prepare outgoing shipments
  • Prepare invoices and shipping documentation
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy
  • Enter received inventory into the ERP system and put stock away in the proper locations
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
  • Make deliveries as needed
  • Assist customers when necessary
  • Follow all company safety procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, procedures, and manuals
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to complete routine reports and documentation
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
  • Good problem-solving and common-sense decision-making skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) if deliveries are required

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:
