Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Pay: $23–$26/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

About the Role

We're seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations in a manufacturing and laboratory environment. This position is responsible for domestic and international shipments, inventory accuracy, material handling, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
  • Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx and UPS systems
  • Prepare customs and export documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organize materials
  • Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with SDS guidelines
  • Coordinate deliveries and support operations teams
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
  • Follow OSHA, SOP, and ISO quality requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping required
  • Proficiency with FedEx Ship Manager and shipping documentation
