Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team in Tallmadge, OH 44278. This is a 6-month temporary contract offering $20.00 per hour. In this role, you will support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with shipping regulations. This opportunity is ideal for warehouse professionals with at least three years of experience who thrive in a high-volume environment and are looking to make an immediate impact.

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Weekends Off)


What You'll Do
  • Perform shipping, receiving, packing, loading, unloading, and material handling activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
  • Prepare, package, label, and stage shipments according to customer and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT shipping regulations, hazardous material handling requirements, and company safety procedures.
  • Read and follow work instructions, shipping documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and material movement.

QualificationsRequired
