Job Title: Shipper / Receiver (Forklift & Reach Truck Operator)

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexibility for a 9:30 AM start when needed)

Why Join Our Team?

Are you a skilled material handler who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency? We are looking for an experienced Shipper / Receiver to join our warehouse operations. You won't just be moving boxes—you’ll be a crucial link in our supply chain, managing inventory, operating specialized machinery, and driving process accuracy.

We offer stable full-time hours, predictable Monday–Friday schedules (no weekends!), and paid certifications upon hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipping & Outbound Logistics: Pull, package, and palletize products accurately. Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Inventory & Tech Integration: Utilize ERP software and digital tablets to process orders, log shipments, and track inventory.
  • Receiving & Stock Management: Safely unload incoming freight, inspect shipments, and maintain stock rotation standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Keep work zones clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
  • Team Support: Assist with general warehouse operational needs as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-Have Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience with proven expertise operating both standard Forklifts and Reach Trucks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating ERP systems and tablets for order processing.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk comfortably throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Core Skills: Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Dependability: Strong work ethic with a track record of punctual, consistent attendance.

Work Environment & Safety

  • On-Site Dynamics: Fast-paced warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and typical industrial noise levels.
  • Safety First: Working around moving mechanical equipment. PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, gloves, and ear protection).
  • Certifications Provided: We provide in-house Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and HazMat certifications upon hire to keep your skills sharp.
