Shipping Material Handler - 1st Shift
Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shipping Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Largo, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and moving products for shipment while ensuring all orders are accurate and shipped on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in quality and efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Pull, sort, and stage products for outgoing shipments.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
  • Verify order quantities, product information, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
  • Palletize, shrink wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Pack and label customer orders according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties.
  • Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks; RF scanner experience is a plus.
