The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Custodian- Shipping and Recieving Handler for the Manalapan Englishtown Middle School with the following qualifications:
 


Qualifications:

  • Ability to read instructions and exhibits good written and verbal
    communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Demonstrates via previous experience a knowledge of inventory
    management (e.g., receiving systems, stacking patterns, space
    allocation, racking systems, warehouse setup, automatic identification
    (optical systems, bar coding, radio frequency, magemetic)


  • Familiar with warehouse operations and safety, rotating stock, inventory
    management, and handling both manual and electric pallet jacks
  • Knowledge and experience using computer, web-based, and
    Google-based applications (e.g., Docs, Sheets, etc.) for shipping,
    receiving, and inventory purposes

  • Demonstrates strength and manual dexterity necessary to perform all
    required tasks
  • Ability to handle cartons, items, and/or packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
    without assistance
  • Must possess a low pressure boiler license (black seal) or be willing to
    obtain one- employment terms mandate securing Black Seal within two years of hire date
  • Holds a valid New Jersey drivers license (CDL license, preferred)
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs

  • Salary
    • $44,443
    • $625 Black Seal License stipend when acquired
