To be considered for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • HS diploma or GED preferred but not required. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills. Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping/receiving experience is beneficial but not required.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation is required.

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality.
  • Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments in a timely and efficient manner to meet delivery requirements.
  • Maintain organized inventory records and ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of materials and products.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and ensure the timely movement of materials.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and audits, investigate discrepancies, and assist in maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
