Job description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will play a critical part in handling daily order fulfillment, managing inventory data, loading shipments, and ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment & Pick/Pack: Gather correct items from shelves, verify order details, and pack goods securely for transport.
  • Shipping & Labeling: Print, verify, and attach accurate shipping labels and address tags to outbound packages.
  • Shipping & Receiving Logistics: Execute required transactional steps for shipping or receiving materials accurately in the system.
  • Loading & Unloading: Safely move finished packages, load trucks, and stack containers or pallets securely.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to transport heavy loads across the facility.
  • Inventory Tracking: Scan barcodes and update computer systems and shipping software to maintain accurate records.
  • Workflow Coordination: Help prioritize day-to-day activities within the shipping, receiving, and warehouse team in coordination with supervision.
  • Equipment & Tool Use: Perform light assembly or handling using basic manual or power tools as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
