Now Hiring: Quality Control Inspector | Delaware, OH | 1st Shift
Acloche has immediate openings for Quality Control Inspectors in Delaware, Ohio! If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, and have previous inspection and warehouse experience, we want to hear from you.

Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment. Duties include:
  • Inspect finished products to identify defects before they reach customers.
  • Monitor production lines for quality issues, including roll size, glue lines, core integrity, and overall product cleanliness.
  • Prepare parent rolls for roll changes by removing plastic and cardboard, repairing cores as needed, and installing core chucks and pins.
  • Maintain core supplies in the hopper.
  • Assemble boxes for rejected products and ensure proper labeling and palletizing.
  • Replace waste bins and assist with material handling.
  • Communicate quality concerns to machine operators and supervisors.
  • Complete production and quality reports accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping and organizing work areas.
Qualifications:
  • Previous quality inspection experience required.
  • Warehouse experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • English communication skills preferred.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures throughout the year.
