Job description

Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946, is actively recruiting for the position of shipping & receiving specialist in our Salt Lake City location. Kimball Equipment Company is a successful dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone motivated to grow with us!

Responsibilities:

  • Properly identifying and accounting for the receipt of incoming goods
  • Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
  • Comparing packing lists to purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
  • Collaborating with the sales department (internal and external) to ensure information is exchanged quickly and accurately
  • Updating the inventory as products are received
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment
  • Identifying and alerting vendors/purchasing when discrepancies are found.
  • Clearly marking incoming shipments with pertinent info
