Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving

Full-Time · 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
Locations: Auburn Hills & Orion, MI

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading plastics manufacturer and Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse and plant operations. Based in Auburn Hills and Orion, MI, these positions play a vital role in maintaining smooth production flow and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate sit-down forklifts to transport raw materials, components, and finished goods

  • Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments

  • Stage, label, and verify products for shipping and receiving

  • Use barcode scanners, RF devices, and basic inventory systems

  • Assist with cycle counting and inventory tracking

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols

  • Support other warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • 3–6+ months of forklift experience required

  • Must pass a forklift driving certification test (conducted during interview)
