Monday – Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm; Fridays and Saturdays when needed

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for aCombiForklift operatorfor a local client inDenham Springs,Louisiana.

This position is responsible for operating a Kombi forklift to safely move, load, unload, and position heavy or oversized materials throughout the facility, including staging and shipping areas, and fabrication machines.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Combi Forklift Operator:**

  • - Operate Combi forklifts safely and efficiently in industrial and outdoor environments
    • Load, unload, and transport steel and industrial materials
    • Position materials accurately for coating, curing, storage, or shipment
    • Secure loads and ensure stability during lifting and transport operations
    • Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
    • Follow all OSHA, company safety, and site-specific procedures
    • Assist with yard organization, inventory movement, and housekeeping as needed
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors, crane operators, and ground personnel
    • Support production and shipping schedules to meet operational deadlines

SKILLS REQUIRED:
