Job description

We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to Shipping and Receiving. You must be willing to match our fast-paced cadence and thrive with rapid change.  

As a Shipping & Receiving Handler you are aiming to efficiently bring hardware into and out of the ERP. You will support basic ERP transactions, escalate any identified nonconformance and ensure we are getting the best value possible on our freight shipments.

The right person for this role will be passionate about communicating with, supporting, and serving others. They must enjoy working with various teams to continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and sign for deliveries.
  • Verify received hardware, packing lists, and purchase orders match.
  • Record inbound/outbound shipments in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and routing deliveries to their intended recipients.
  • Scanning and filing receiving paperwork.
  • Scheduling shipments and pickups.
  • Tracking inventory of shipping materials and submitting purchase requests as needed.
  • As time allows support, Inventory Specialists with daily tasks to keep schedules.
  • Assisting teams on projects and improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping and receiving workspace.

Experience / Requirements: 

  • Exceptional organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to lift and transport parts and tools weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computer software and ability to learn new programs.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $19.00 - 24.00 per hour, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
