Job Description Shipping/Freight Coordinator-Experienced YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FOR THIS JOB AND LONGTERM WORK HISTORY. Department: Shipping NO FELONIES, NO THEFT, NO ASSAULTS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT WOULD LIKE A GREAT CAREER WITH A GREAT COMPANY. NO JOB HOPPERS.

MUST HAVE CONSISTANT WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE. Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and managing less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and working with carriers, production, and office staff to help ensure freight is shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments with carriers.

Communicate with production and office teams regarding order details and shipment status. Track LTL shipments and follow up on delivery issues as needed. Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and other required paperwork.

Maintain accurate shipment information and follow company shipping procedures. Qualifications: Basic computer skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Forklift experience is a plus; training can be provided. Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: As needed Company has benefits
