Job description

About the Role

At Stainless Works, we manufacture the finest high-performance stainless steel exhaust systems and headers in the world. As a Shipping Associate, you are the final link in our production chain. You aren't just "moving boxes"—you are ensuring that our precision-engineered products arrive at the customer’s door in perfect condition, correctly labeled, and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Order Fulfillment: Gathering specific stainless components, headers, and exhaust kits from our inventory.
  • Precision Packaging: Safely and efficiently packaging high-polished stainless steel parts to prevent damage during transit.
  • Logistics & Labeling: Generating accurate shipping labels and documentation using FedEx Ship Manager and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight systems.
  • Quality Check: Verifying that every shipment matches the packing list—attention to detail is critical here to ensure our customers get exactly what they ordered.

Qualities We’re Seeking

  • Punctuality & Reliability: Our production and shipping flow depends on a 7:30 AM start. We need people who show up ready to work every day.
  • The "Details" Mindset: You understand that a wrong part number or a missing clamp means a frustrated customer. You double-check your work because you care about the outcome.
  • Productive Work Ethic: We move fast to keep up with the demand of the automotive performance season. You thrive in an environment where there is always a goal to hit.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift/move packages (up to 75 lbs) as required.

Why Join Stainless Works?

  • Consistent Schedule: No weekend work and no late-night shifts. A steady 7:30–4:00 schedule.
  • Work with the Best: You’ll be handling high-grade 304 stainless steel and contributing to products used on some of the most famous performance vehicles on the road.
  • Career Growth: We take care of people who take care of the business.

Ready to help us ship American-made performance? Apply today.
