Shipping Associates also inspect packages for damage, track inventory, and may operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Their role is essential in ensuring that products reach customers efficiently and in good condition.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a shipping associate, and why are they important?

These skills are essential for maintaining accurate shipments, minimizing errors, and supporting efficient logistics operations.
