Job description

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for picking and preparing customer orders, completing required shipping documentation, and safely loading shipments onto trucks.
We are looking for someone with hands-on shipping experience who understands the importance of accuracy, safety, and proper documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and review orders for shipment
  • Pick and verify products and quantities for accuracy
  • Prepare, wrap, label, and secure orders on pallets
  • Complete Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately
  • Complete IMO/Dangerous Goods documentation when required
  • Ensure shipments are properly labeled and documented
  • Safely operate a forklift to move, stage, and load orders
  • Load pallets and shipments onto trucks
  • Verify orders and paperwork before shipments leave the facility
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area
  • Follow company safety procedures and shipping requirements

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
  • Previous shipping, logistics, and warehouse experience
  • Experience completing Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Experience with IMO/Dangerous Goods shipping documentation is a plus
  • Ability to read and accurately follow pick tickets and shipping documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance and good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to safely lift and move 50lbs regularly
