Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Associate helps ensure that customer orders are accurately prepared, moved to the loading docks on time, and accompanied by correct Bills of Lading (BOLs). This role supports smooth logistics operations within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare outbound orders and ensure they are staged correctly at the loading docks.
  • Verify that all Bills of Lading (BOLs) are accurate, complete, and match the corresponding shipments.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including checking incoming materials and confirming quantities against documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Handle products and materials in a careful and organized manner to support efficient assembly, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts as required by internal processes.
  • Follow established procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Support general warehouse and manufacturing activities as needed to meet production and delivery schedules.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of required personal protective equipment.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
