Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Location: In-Person
Company: 21st Century Dental Laboratory

About Us

21st Century Dental Laboratory is a fast-growing, high-volume dental laboratory committed to exceptional customer service and quality. We process hundreds of cases daily for dental offices across the country and are looking for a reliable, organized Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming dental cases and shipments.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments using FedEx, UPS, and courier services.
  • Ensure all cases are packaged accurately and shipped on time.
  • Scan, label, and track incoming and outgoing cases.
  • Coordinate daily pickups with shipping carriers.
  • Communicate with the customer service team regarding shipment status and delivery issues.
  • Organize shipping supplies and maintain a clean work area.
  • Help investigate missing, delayed, or damaged shipments.
  • Follow company procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using computers and shipping software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
