What to Expect?

Responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment with outstanding accuracy standards. Must be able to work hand in hand with the Shipping Supervisor to complete the day's workload.

On a daily basis our Shipping Clerk:

  • Enters store orders as needed.

  • Allocates and releases orders using AS400 system when needed.

  • Acts as liaison between customer service and management.

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment.

  • Identifies and helps to minimize errors, track and fill out daily reports.

  • Prints and organizes all order pick sheets and capture invoice quantities and assign shipping charges.

  • Delivers mail from store bags to corporate.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma, GED, or higher education required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data processing or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Reliable with a strong attendance record.
