Job Summary: Manage outgoing and incoming shipments. Track and maintain shipping data using ERP and carrier system software.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare items for domestic and international shipment and receive incoming products
  • Inspect incoming shipments to verify quantity and quality; document discrepancies
  • Prepare relevant documentation and ensure it corresponds with the appropriate order
  • Record and track shipments, update databases, and manage all documentation associated with shipping and receiving
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and proper storage of items
  • Perform quarterly/annual cycle counts; troubleshoot and document discrepancies
  • Communicate internally and externally with teams, customers and suppliers as required
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math aptitude
  • Attention to detail, with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive communicator who collaborates well with others
  • Prior warehouse or facility logistics experience; experience operating warehouse equipment preferred (forklift license not required)
