WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Join Our Team
NWA Auto and Fleet Supply, Inc. d.b.a. NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position responsible for helping keep our warehouse and delivery operation running efficiently. The right person will be reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly, shows up ready to work, and understands that accurate loading and inventory handling directly impact our stores and customers.
Primary Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, sort, stock, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Pick and stage parts and products for store transfers and deliveries.
• Accurately load delivery and shuttle vehicles according to established routes and store destinations.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and destinations before merchandise leaves the warehouse.
• Help prevent lost, damaged, or incorrectly routed merchandise.
• Assist with checking incoming and outgoing freight.
• Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise and report discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Break down boxes, remove trash, and maintain work areas throughout the shift.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, drivers, store employees, and management.
• Assist other team members when workload demands it.
• Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
