  1. RF /Bar code software/reader equipment; electronic mail and other computer related knowledge and experience.
  2. Knowledge of production of finish goods practices, product/pallet preparation and trailer loading techniques utilizing forklifts and other mechanized warehouse equipment.
  3. Excellent math, deductive reasoning and reading skills
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  5. Near Vision (ability to see details at close range)
  6. Ability to work under time pressure and work with other co-workers and customers
  7. Ability to work independently and safely.
  8. Quality focused -Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  9. Ability to perform manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
  10. Meet or exceed all items listed in the experience and education, and equipment and materials sections.

Experience and Education
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 3-6 months previous experience in shipping and receiving department is preferred.
  3. CDL not required, but preferred.

Physical and Environmental Conditions
The following physical activities and percentages represent an estimate of physical activity associated with the successful completion or performance of the position's essential job functions during a normal or typical workday, week, month, or year. Sitting (20%), Standing (40%), Walking (40%), Talking and Listening (60%), Handling, Fingering, Reaching and Feeling (40%), Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling, Climbing, Stooping, Kneeling, and Crouching (60%).
