1st shift SHIPPING SHIFT LEADER

Compensation: $20-$22 hourly

NOW HIRING –1st Shift Receiving Shift Leader

Warehouse – Receiving
$20 to $22
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a hands-on Receiving Shift Leader to help lead warehouse receiving operations and support the Receiving Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assign daily work to receiving associates
  • Oversee container unloading, pallet building, receiving, and staging
  • Verify quantities, labels, and receiving documentation
  • Support put-away, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
  • Operate forklifts/reach trucks when trained and authorized
  • Enforce safety, housekeeping, and warehouse procedures
  • Train and support new employees
  • Communicate staffing, inventory, safety, and equipment issues to management

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of warehouse, receiving, distribution, or material-handling experience
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer/tablet and inventory system experience
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
