Shipping Associate
· Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments in compliance with company requirements.
· Verify orders against packing lists and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
· Attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and communication
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
· Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects, often up to 50 lbs and be able to stand/walk for extended periods
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Basic computer skills for data entry and label printing
· Forklift experience preferred.
· Able to follow direct instructions and multi task in an often quick-paced atmosphere
· Have a team oriented mindset and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
· Be able to work a small amount of OT when required
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
