Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Shipping Associate to support daily shipping and order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching online orders while meeting established standards for accuracy, efficiency, cost control, and on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.


Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment & Shipping Operations
  • Execute daily fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing eCommerce orders for shipment
  • Accurately process shipments using designated shipping software, ensuring proper labels, documentation, and carrier selection
  • Meet or exceed individual daily production and accuracy goals
  • Follow standardized fulfillment and shipping procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Select approved packaging and carrier options to support cost‑effective shipping practices
Inventory & Workspace Organization
  • Monitor inventory levels of shipping materials and notify appropriate personnel when supplies are low
  • Maintain organized shipping and fulfillment areas, ensuring merchandise is accessible and properly staged
  • Stock, straighten, and organize work areas to support efficient workflow
Customer & Team Support
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries related to shipping or order status using established communication protocols, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operational needs
Safety & Compliance
