Shipping Associate
Radwell International LLC | Shipping Operations

Schedule: Monday–Friday – 10:30am to 7:30pm

The Shipping Associate is responsible for packaging industrial electronics, automation equipment, and related components for shipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. This role plays a critical part in protecting products during transit and maintaining the high standards expected by Radwell customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping
• Follow established packaging procedures and shipping guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
• Ensure shipping supplies are stocked and readily available
• Meet shipping schedules, productivity goals, and customer deadlines
• Utilize pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and effectively
• Maintain accuracy while handling varying shipment volumes
• Support team members and assist with operational needs as required
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting up to 70 pounds individually
• Continuous lifting up to 10 pounds individually
• Team lifting up to 200 pounds when required

Compensation & Commission
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $17.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is eligible for a commission program following successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.

Work Schedule

Work Environment
The environment is a shipping and warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional. Employees are required to wear Radwear apparel once issued. Closed-toe shoes are required at all times. Employees must follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
