Customer Service & Warehouse Associateโ€“ Multiple Opportunities

Pay Rate: $17.00โ€“$22.00 per hour

Locations: Smyrna, Austell, Kennesaw & Marietta, GA

Job Type: Multiple Opportunities | Full-Time | Varying Shifts Available

We are looking for dependable, responsible, and organized individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone while also working hands-on in a warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide helpful, accurate information
  • Make outbound calls when necessary to customers, vendors, or other contacts
  • Respond to customer questions and assist with resolving issues
  • Communicate order, shipping, and delivery information
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times

Warehouse & Shipping

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities
  • Pick, pack, stage, and organize products and orders
  • Prepare shipments and ensure orders are processed accurately

Requirements

  • 1+ year of warehouse experience is preferred
  • Shipping and receiving experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with UPS shipping systems or other shipping platforms is preferred
  • Comfortable answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls when necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible
