We are seeking a reliable Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have forklift and reach truck experience and be responsible for loading trailers, handling blister pack shipments, and managing incoming/outgoing inventory. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location : Thonotosassa, FL
Salary: $18.00 -$19.50
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 :00 am - 3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities :
  • Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely using a forklift and reach truck.
  • Operate a reach truck to retrieve and store products in designated areas.
  • Prepare, package, and ship blister packs according to company standards.
  • Verify incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse by properly storing materials and keeping work areas clean.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet shipping deadlines.
  • The ability to adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Forklift and reach truck experience required.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics roles.

Skills & Abilities :
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs ]).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and documentation.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipment processing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to comply with safety regulations and company policies.
