Le poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) commis d’expédition et de réception temporaire pour se joindre à l’équipe de l’entrepôt de notre client à Brossard. La personne sera responsable de la réception, de l’entreposage, de la préparation et de l’expédition des équipements et du matériel, tout en veillant à ce que l’entrepôt demeure sécuritaire, propre et bien organisé.

Responsabilités

  • Veiller à ce que les équipements soient correctement entreposés, protégés contre les dommages et facilement accessibles pour l’expédition.

  • Effectuer toutes les tâches liées à l’expédition et à la réception, notamment la distribution physique des produits aux clients, l’entreposage des produits dans l’entrepôt ainsi que la réception des matériaux et équipements entrants.

  • Préparer et maintenir la documentation relative aux équipements entrants et sortants.

  • Maintenir l’entrepôt dans un état sécuritaire, propre et bien organisé.

  • Fournir de l’aide au besoin et assurer le remplacement ou le soutien nécessaire lors de l’absence de membres de l’équipe.

  • Respecter toutes les procédures de sécurité et les normes applicables en milieu de travail.

Qualifications et compétences

  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement d’entrepôt ou en logistique.

  • Certification valide de conduite de chariot élévateur.

  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication et excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles.

  • Attitude positive et approche fortement axée sur le service à la clientèle.

  • Bonne aisance avec les ordinateurs et les applications informatiques courantes.

  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion des priorités.

  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique où les priorités peuvent changer rapidement.

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.

Profil recherché

La personne idéale est fiable, organisée et proactive, et possède la capacité de travailler de façon autonome tout en contribuant efficacement au travail d’équipe. The Opportunity

We are seeking a Temporary Shipper / Receiver to join our client's warehouse team in Brossard. This position will be responsible for receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping equipment and materials while ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment is properly stored, protected from damage, and readily available for shipment.

  • Perform all shipping and receiving duties, including the physical distribution of products to customers, storage of products within the warehouse, and receiving incoming materials and equipment.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for incoming and outgoing equipment.

  • Maintain the warehouse facility in a safe, clean, and organized manner.

  • Provide assistance as required and provide backup coverage during team members’ absences.

  • Follow all applicable safety procedures and workplace standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience.

  • Valid forklift operator certification.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.

  • Comfortable using computers and standard computer applications.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
