We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Shipper (Monday-Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm) to join our dynamic team and ensure our products are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for a raise 3 times in your first year at your 3-month, 6-month, and annual anniversary, then yearly thereafter.Job Responsibilities:Prepare, pack, and process shipments according to company and customer requirements.Verify outgoing shipments by comparing items to orders and ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation.Coordinate with carriers for timely pick-ups and deliveries.Maintain inventory records and update shipping logs as needed.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load and unload shipments (certification preferred).Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist with general warehouse duties as required.Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing environment is required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move heavy product (up to 60lbs)Basic math skills requiredExperience using shipping software and inventory management systems is a mustFork-Lift driving experience is a plus, however we will train the right candidateExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and excellent medical benefits.Opportunities for career growth and development.A supportive and team-oriented work environment.If you are a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail and a solid work ethic, we want to hear from you!
