Prosper Infusion provides concierge-level infusion care to patients with rare conditions and is looking for someone to join our Tampa Nurse Manager team!

About the role:

Our nurses are out there making a difference in patients' lives and you are the captain of that ship. As a Nurse Manager, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. If you want to work for a company where patient care is at the forefront of every decision we make, come work here. This is not a remote position, you will be onsite with our staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete and review clinical paperwork to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers relating to all aspects of patient care including assisting with assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients.
  • Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and the impact on staffing needs.
  • Assists in the development of agency goals and evaluation of agency performance.

As a Nurse Manager, you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization
