Hiring Immediately for 1st Shift Warehouse Unloader Jobs in Williamsburg, VA:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for First Shift Warehouse Unloader jobs in Williamsburg, VA.  As an Unloader, you will focus on meeting production goals by safely and accurately stacking different size boxes into or out of trailers. You will also occasionally operate material loading equipment, like hand trucks or pallet jacks and will complete other warehouse activities as needed.  

Weekly pay starting at $16 - $21+/hr.  – This position pays a regularly hourly rate and you will be able to earn an additional $5+ per hour based on production incentives.  If you are a hard worker and like to move fast, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to twist, lift, carry, push, pull products and lift up-to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
  • Experience working with RF scanners and computers
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and math skills

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products
  • Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications
  • Operate equipment to move materials around the warehouse
  • Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
