2ND SHIFT GROUP LEADER NEEDED - FORT WAYNE, INDIANA
A Leading Automotive Supplier near Fort, Wayne, Indiana needs a 2nd Shift Group Leader. This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Off Shift Premium, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Production Staff if and when required.
Train Operators on Equipment use and Job Knowledge.
Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area and enforce all Safety Rules.
Take part in Pre-shift Meetings, Assign Tasks, and Coach Workers.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Track Equipment Performance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED.
Proven Leadership Experience in a Manufacturing Plant Setting.
A Team First Mentality focusing on always improving Safety & Quality.
Basic Technical Understanding of Plant Machinery and Manufacturing Equipment.
Have a Professional Attitude and must be able to Communicate with All Levels of Employees.
