What does a General Manager - Shellfish/Aquaculture Division do?

As the Full-Time General Manager of our Shellfish Division, you'll be at the forefront of innovative oyster farming! You'll manage our oyster seed upweller and nursery systems, coordinating daily farm operations that include everything from seed handling to cage flipping and tumbling. Your leadership will oversee harvest activities, ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process while upholding safety and cleanliness at our two farm sites in Stonington and our shellfish facility in Hancock.
