Job description

 Snapshot of Your Day

Will be working with molds and the shell system, monitoring all production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality at the Gibsonton Florida Location.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Inputs mold into Shell automated system following Work Instructions in Mercury and set-up and troubleshooting operations of automated systems and auxiliary equipment.
  • Processes the components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards and continuously performs improvement analysis.
  • Operate sandblast cabinet and monitor maintaining good documentation practices.
  • Performs basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; collaborates with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
  • Use hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches, and screwdrivers.
  • Other duties may be assigned, and cross-training as needed.

What You Bring

  • Evidence of a completed High school or GED is required.
  • Ability to read Engineering instructions.
  • Demonstrated mechanical skills.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
