Description
ELRO Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and honest Second Shift Lead Fabricator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas:
  • Shearing: Ability to operate shearing equipment to cut sheet metal to specified dimensions.
  • Folding: Proficiency in folding techniques to create bends in sheet metal as per design requirements.
  • Press Brake Operation: Experience in setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal.
  • Quality Control: Ensure material and dimensional accuracy according to specifications, with meticulous documentation.
  • Safety: Adherence to strict safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Laser Operation: Experience or quick learner in laser cutting processes (desirable).
  • CNC Router Operation: Experience or quick learner in CNC router operations (desirable).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the second shift team in executing sheet metal fabrication tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and document results.
