Job description

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS - Sheet Metal Installers Needed NOW!
Start your career with Boone Brothers Commercial Roofing - Steady Work | Great Pay | Real Growth Potential
Boone Brothers Commercial Roofing, located right off K7 and Santa Fe in Olathe, KS near I-35, is HIRING NOW. We are actively looking for hardworking, reliable Sheet Metal Installers and Commercial Roofers who are ready to step into a high-demand trade with year-round work and advancement opportunities. If you're looking for a company that actually rewards dedication and shows up for its crew, this is it.
About the Job
Your day starts with a clear game plan alongside your foreman and crew so everyone is locked in and ready to work. On-site, you'll install flashings following SMACNA standards, meet project specifications, and represent a company known for quality and professionalism. Safety is top priority-100% tie-off expected unless using another approved OSHA protection method. If you bring effort and a willingness to learn, we'll invest in your growth and skills.
What You'll Do
You will work hands-on with commercial roofing systems such as single ply, modified bitumen, and metal. You'll read and follow site plans, use hand and power tools with confidence, remove old roofing when needed, and install insulation, vapor barriers, coatings, flashings, and finishes for watertight roofs that last. You will stage materials, help maintain a safe and clean job site, and take pride in finishing jobs right the first time. Showing up ready to work-on time and consistent-matters here.
What You Bring
You must be 18 or older with reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in the United States. You should be able to lift and carry a 28-foot ladder and handle the physical demands of commercial roofing. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a teachable attitude go a long way. Experience in roofing, construction, or labor is a plus but strong performers with no experience are welcome to train. You must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical and be able to use tools safely and accurately.
Why Work Here
Boone Brothers offers Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, a 401K with company match, attendance bonuses, paid volunteer holiday opportunities, and steady work even during weather delays thanks to a dedicated maintenance division. You'll join a tight-knit team that takes pride in what they do, motivates each other, and knows what it means to show up and get the job done. This is a place where hard workers build real careers-not just punch a clock.
Who We Are
For over 50 years, Boone Brothers Roofing has been a trusted commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor in the Midwest. We work with all major roofing manufacturers and are known for our long-term crews, solid reputation, and commitment to doing it right. We're proud to be a company that keeps people working and rewards those who bring effort and pride to the job.
BBR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
