ATCO Structures & Logistics is looking to hire a Sheet Metal/ HVAC Journeyman to join our Calgary Manufacturing Plant.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Building of modular units from rough in through to finishing
  • Sheet metal ducting fabrication, assembly, and install
  • Install bard units, furnaces, duct work, and Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning units (P-TAC)
  • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams and specifications to determine layouts
  • Troubleshoot and test all HVAC units and equipment in modular units
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure installations conform to specifications and building codes
  • Use hand, power tools, and light metal-working equipment to cut, drill, punch, bend and shape sheet metal
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: 

  • Registered Sheet Metal/HVAC Journeyman
  • Previous experience with modular units is considered an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to work safely with a wide variety of hand and power tools as well as materials.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
