Our on-site commissary and bakery produce over 150 fresh food items, including homemade cookies, pastries, and seasonal menu options, ensuring a customizable and quality dining experience. Remaining independent and locally owned allows us to focus on delivering exceptional service tailored to each customer’s needs.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cooler Picker role based in Springfield, OH. The Cooler Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and organizing products for customer orders. Additional responsibilities include ensuring timely order preparation while following safety and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Experience with order fulfillment
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
