What You'll Do:
  • Perform accurate shoulder cuts on poultry processing line
  • Maintain proper knife handling, sharpening, and sanitation practices
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals while ensuring quality cuts
  • Follow all safety and USDA guidelines
  • Assist with training or mentoring newer team members (if needed)
