Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Front Office to ensure efficient and smooth administrative operations. This role involves managing patient intake processes, collecting copays, maintaining correct patient information, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will possess insurance knowledge and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional patient interactions.
Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Ensure patient eligibility is checked and information is correct, especially for new patients.
• Collect copays and balances, and scan images.
• Check out patients and make new appointments.
• Assist patients in filling out digital paperwork.
• Rotate as a floater to support patients in the waiting room.
• Complete PCP letters and authorizations.
• Verify patient registration through Phreesia and assist as required.
• Utilize Aprima and Phreesia software for administrative tasks.
• Exhibit a proactive approach and willingness to assist where needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience (experience in dental/vision does not fully translate).
• Ability to distinguish between different insurance policies.
• Team player attitude and adaptability to float between locations as needed.
• Preferred experience in a high-volume office or busy medical practice.

Skills

• Knowledge of Aprima and Phreesia software.
• Excellent customer service skills and disposition.
• Strong attention to detail and patient-facing professionalism.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to assist in various capacities.

Schedule / Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
