Electrician Lead Installer - Cool Hand Electric & Air
Location: South DFW (Mansfield • Red Oak • Ellis County)
Pay: $30-$35/hr + Production Bonus
License Required: Texas Wireman or Journeyman

What You'll Do
• Breaker panels & service rebuilds
• Meter bases & grounding systems
• Surge protection
• Dedicated circuits
• Lighting installs & upgrades
• Full service change-outs (95% residential)
Additional Responsibilities:
• Lead installs with craftsmanship you're proud of
• Maintain clean, safe work areas with floor savers & drop cloths
• Walk customers through completed work and ensure 100% satisfaction
• Mentor and guide apprentices
• Maintain a clean, organized, sharp-looking truck
• Follow company ethics, safety standards, and installation checklists
• Complete paperwork accurately & on time
What You Bring
• Texas Wireman or Journeyman License (required)
• Residential service experience preferred
• Strong communication & customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.
