Pac Arctic, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Junior SharePoint Engineer/Developer to support Pac and our government customer in Arlington, VA.

The Junior SharePoint Engineer/Developerย supportsย andย maintainsย OIG/ISPโ€™s SharePoint-basedย Knowledge Management Systemย toย meet the information management needs associated with OIG inspection process and reporting requirements.ย The incumbent contributes to the development and maintenance of innovative technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making. Specifically, the incumbentย 

ย Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and deploys OIG /ISPโ€™s SharePoint-based Knowledge Management System and related tools and web-based applications.ย 
  • Develops and manages Microsoft Forms-based inspection surveys.ย 
  • Research, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements.ย 
  • Develops data extracts, analyses, and visualizations from Knowledge Management System data repositories.ย 
  • Serves as the first-line technical support provider for Knowledge Management System end-users.ย 
  • Manages and monitors SharePoint permissions.ย 
  • Develops andย maintainsย workflows using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.ย 
  • Integrates Microsoft Office applications with the SharePoint environment.ย 
  • Creates andย maintainsย process and systems documentation, manuals, user guides, and end-user training materials.ย
