We are seeking ambitious, logistics professionals to expand our Brokerage Sales Team
You will develop your own book of business by providing logistics/transportation solutions to customers utilizing our cutting-edge technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create industry specific prospect lists and initiate sales calls to prospective customers
  • Partner with prospects/customers to understand business needs, product lines, and transportation requirements
  • Understand market trends to capitalize on opportunities, generate new customers and grow book of business
  • Market SFL services through calls, emails, texts, social media, in-person visits with current customers and prospects
  • Provide exceptional service ensuring all customer needs are met with integrity and professionalism
COMPENSATION: Base Salary, Plus Commission both increasing as targets are met; Generous Benefits
LOCATION: Rochester, Michigan - In Office
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Passion for sales that is self-directed
  • Ability to cold call and develop new business; Highly effective phone and communication skills
  • Familiar with load boards, TMS, negotiating rates and transportation industry
