SEZs are commonly found in countries seeking rapid economic development and are often used to test economic reforms. Businesses operating in SEZs benefit from various advantages, making these zones attractive for manufacturing and export-oriented industries.

What are some typical challenges faced by SEZ (Special Economic Zone) managers, and how are these addressed in daily operations?

SEZ managers often navigate complex regulatory environments, balancing compliance with government policies while fostering a business-friendly atmosphere for investors. Common challenges include infrastructure maintenance, efficient customs processing, and addressing tenant needs promptly.
